PERSONAL EXCELLENCE AWARDS

Presented to IT professionals for demonstrating excellence in their field.

We are looking to recognize the individuals among the IT community who have demonstrated excellence in their profession. The awards seek to reward individual at all levels of an organization who have contributed to the development and deployment of innovative IT systems that improve business operations or enhance public services. Entries can be submitted by IT vendors nominating their customers or employees, from companies/public bodies, or individuals wishing to recognize either their own or their colleagues’ efforts.

The awards in this category will be judged against four key criteria:
The appropriate section of the entry form must be completed for each one.

  • Professionalism: consistently meeting or exceeding challenging objectives to ensure the successful use of IT and demonstrating a quality approach through personal values and working practices.
  • Innovation: used innovative approaches, working practices or technologies to enhance their organization.
  • Role model: provided an example to peers or colleagues of the importance of the role of IT in the organization and the standards expected of IT professionals.
  • Measurable success: has delivered quantifiable benefits to their organization through involvement with IT initiatives in the past year and can demonstrate personal development to enhance their ability to succeed in future.

TECHNOLOGY EXCELLENCE AWARDS

Presented for innovative new hardware or software products, or generally-available IT services, which make the biggest contribution to business technology or to IT in general.

A product or innovation is classified as an application, service, device, or technology which is widely available. We are looking to recognize achievement in the development, sales and implementation of new technologies released .

The awards in this category will be judged against four key criteria:
The appropriate section of the entry form must be completed for each one.

  • Innovation: has the product introduced new or leading-edge technologies, created different ways of working, or novel approaches that benefit its users?
  • Functionality and Quality: Write specification of your  product/service/software. Give us reason to believe that you are unique.
  • Measurable success: can the team demonstrate significant commercial success for the product during the past 12 months?
  • Customer satisfaction: is there evidence of customers using the product successfully to improve their operations and that they would recommend the product to others? Be free to provide us links of blogs, reviews, tests etc.

WEB EXCELLENCE AWARDS

Presented  for the best in its category, those who are somehow labeled Internet and our life.

Whether it’s the company’s website, informative, educational, marketing, promotion web content you have to show us what it is that special thing that sets you apart from others. We are searching for the best design, content and functionality on web.

The awards in this category will be judged against four key criteria:
The appropriate section of the entry form must be completed for each one.

  •  An innovative, original and creative approach that includes consideration of markets, challenges, competition and changing customer needs
  • Usefulness, Visibility and Competitiveness: Show to us that special thing that sets you apart from others and in which way you make your mark on web and our lives.
  • Measurable success: can the team demonstrate significant commercial success?
  • Business policy and marketing strategy: write about your business policy and marketing strategy and give us reason to believe that you are unique.

SPECIAL AWARDS

Presented for all companies and individuals which may or may not be nominate for IT Awards 2015.
We are searching for those who make the most valuable impact on our society.
The awards in this category will be judged against four key criteria: The impact on markets and customers,Originality and Innovation, Business policy and results and Corporate and Social Responsibility

Tips

  • Read the criteria thoroughly and ensure you include relevant information for each point
  • Make sure your project is relevant to the category chosen and write your entry specifically for the category entered
  • Put the information in the above mentioned structure and ensure each part is interlinked
  • While creativity and originality is important, demonstration with essential data will make your entry much more impressive
  • Explain what you wanted to achieve and why
  • Show evidence of a strong strategy. Give facts and don’t make assumptions
  • Make sure your forecast and results are in line with the objectives you set out to achieve
  • Once you finish writing your entry we suggest asking a colleague, who was not involved in the project, to read it. If they are not sure about something we suggest revising your entry
